It is always a good idea to get a fixed price on the website, but needs can change as the website is being created and this can lead to additional costs. So always expect that it may be more expensive than the fixed price.
Having a website also means that you will have annual expenses since you will have to pay web hosting, domain fees and any subscription price for additional features you need on the website.
